What makes in-person shopping different then online shopping?
Due to unique nature of many of our pieces, only select items that can be safely shipped are listed online. Larger and more delicate pieces - best appreciated in person - are exclusively available at our space. For the fullest experience and our broadest offering, we invite you to visit and explore everything firsthand.
Where are you located?
We are mainly located in Houston, TX. However we also have inventory in Dallas, TX which we accept appointments for 3 days a week (Friday thru Sunday).
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order, our processing time usually 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do you accept returns?
At this time, we do not accept returns. We understand the importance of ensuring the safe delivery of these products, and we take every precaution to package them securely. However, if your package damaged in transit, we will reimburse or offer replacements for any objects that purchased thru our website.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
